The National team develops programs, partnerships, tools, and services that support Pharmasave owners and their communities.
The Opportunity
The Conference Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of national conferences, the Trade Show, meetings, and special events.
The five-month temporary position ends in May 2027 and reports to the National Director, Merchandising.
The role coordinates timelines, communications, logistics, vendors, documentation, and on-site activities.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, registration activity, meeting logistics, the Trade Show, and on-site execution.
- Serve as the central contact for internal teams, service providers, exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers, and event partners.
- Prepare registration materials, attendee updates, event guides, presentations, briefing documents, and supplier communications.
- Maintain registration databases, contracts, invoices, budget status, schedules, action logs, and event records.
- Develop volunteer and team schedules, coordinate assignments, and provide hands-on event support.
