About the Role
Excelledia is seeking a Conference and Event Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The role involves generating delegate registrations, prospecting new clients, managing inbound inquiries, and closing deals for conferences and events.

Responsibilities
- Generate delegate registrations for conferences, workshops, and executive events
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and exhibitors
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and business decision makers
- Conduct sales presentations and communicate the value proposition of events
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and conference teams to maximize event participation
- Follow up with prospects until closure and ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, conference sales, event sales, sponsorship sales, training sales, or corporate business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting virtual meetings
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
