Responsibilities
- Perform fresh concrete testing (e.g., sampling, slump test, temperature, making and curing specimens for strength tests, fresh concrete density and air content, and slump flow of self compacting concrete)
- Perform basic hardened concrete testing (e.g., compressive strength) and other quality control tests
- Conduct concrete sampling and acceptance testing at the site
- Negotiate with customers, contractors, and consultants if any issues arise at the site during casting
- Support quality assurance through adherence to concrete checkpoint procedures
- Assist lab technicians in testing raw materials such as aggregates, sand, and cement
- Help lab technicians ensure that all laboratory equipment is regularly calibrated and functioning properly
- Report issues to the Head of Department
- Follow all safety protocols in the laboratory and production environment
- Support the Lab Engineer in the development and testing of new concrete mix designs and trial mixes
- Collect concrete samples from production sites, batching plants, or construction sites
- Assist in identifying and resolving any issues with concrete mixes that may affect quality

- Same RMC Industry: 2 years (Required)

- Support the Lab Engineer in the development and testing of new concrete mix designs and trial mixes, contributing to quality improvements and production efficiency.
- Collect concrete samples from production sites, batching plants, or construction sites, ensuring proper sample handling and timely testing.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any issues with concrete mixes that may affect quality, working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with the contractor about concrete protection and preventing cracking.
Requirements
- Experience: Same RMC Industry: 2 years (Required).
- Language: English, Hindi (Required).
- Ability to commute/relocate: Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month.
