- Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests in accordance with approved standards
- Conduct slump, temperature, air content, and compressive strength tests
- Prepare, label, and cure concrete test specimens
- Record and maintain accurate test results and laboratory reports
- Monitor concrete quality and report any non conformities
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Follow all quality control procedures and HSE requirements
- Coordinate with batching plant operators and quality control engineers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a concrete laboratory or ready mix concrete industry
- Knowledge of concrete testing standards and quality control procedures
- Ability to prepare laboratory reports and maintain records
- Good communication and teamwork skills
