Candidates’ Attributes
Minimum 1 year Strata Concierge experience
Experience in Hospitality
Minimum 1 year in fast-paced customer facing roles
Genuine customer-service focus & commitment to high standards of service
Hospitality training/hospitality industry experience
High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Compensation: Competitive start + increases based on performance
- Work Environment: Various roles and schedules available
- Part-time or Full-time 24-40 hours/week
- Weekdays : Monday to Friday
- Must work Statutory Holidays when occurring on assigned work days
- Fast-paced environment
- Use of computer equipment, including spreadsheets, to produce reports
- Physical capacity for regular walking and monitoring premises
