Position Summary
Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, issue room keys, and set up accurate guest accounts.
Provide property information, accommodate guest requests, process payments, complete reports, and support front-office service quality.
Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
Schedule and Position Details

Guest and Front-Desk Operations
- Process check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and activate or issue room keys.
- Enter loyalty information, verify rates against market codes, document exceptions, and adjust billing when needed.
- Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists and complete cashier and closing reports.
- Provide directions and property information and accommodate guest requests by contacting appropriate staff.
- Follow up to ensure guest requests have been fulfilled.
- Process payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges and balance and drop receipts.
