- Support senior management and client facing teams by facilitating effective communication and smooth service delivery

- Handle client complaints or dissatisfaction with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution
Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer oriented mindset
- Ability to manage high profile clients with discretion and confidentiality
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is preferred
