Core Responsibilities
- Develop concierge strategies, service standards, procedures, operating guidelines, and response-time standards.
- Manage daily concierge operations, workloads, staffing coverage, handovers, and service quality.
- Lead and supervise concierge teams, including training, coaching, performance reviews, and team development.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, tours, tickets, appointments, special occasions, VIP arrivals, and bespoke itineraries.
- Handle guest requests, recommendations, complaints, escalations, service recovery, and complex service issues.
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, service histories, special requests, and confidential customer information.
