As a Concierge , you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

• You communicate professionally and diplomatically, responding to inquiries with strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills

• You ensure issues are clearly documented and escalated appropriately when needed

• You consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members
