Role overview
Serve as a Concierge and key point of contact for hotel guests and VIP guests throughout their stay.
Provide personalized assistance, local information, booking services, and transportation support.
Guest interaction and service
- Serve as the primary contact for hotel and non-hotel guest inquiries.
- Provide information, advice, and booking services for tours, tickets, restaurants, medical services, transportation, and other requests.
- Respond efficiently to inquiries and project professionalism with a strong emphasis on hospitality.
Local expertise and networking
- Stay informed about daily activities, key events, and special occurrences in the city or local area.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of directions to key points of interest, including restaurants, theatres, shopping areas, cinemas, recreational facilities, and banks.
- Build relationships with airport, retail, and service providers and maintain current information about their promotions.
Operational support
- Conduct and attend shift briefings about hotel activities and operational requirements.
- Keep forms, brochures, and guest materials available and properly presented according to hotel standards.
