Role Overview

Hosting and Traffic Management

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Manage retail traffic and check on the experience within Café Leon Dore.
• Manage wait lists, communicate waiting times, and maintain store capacity levels.
• Advise on opportunities to increase or manage traffic.
• Represent the brand through styling, conduct, and knowledge of brand values.
• Monitor the store appearance and keep the front-of-house environment immaculate.
• Provide local knowledge about nearby amenities, restaurants, and attractions.
• Collect customer feedback and report maintenance or repair needs to management.

Client Experience

• Anticipate guest needs and tailor interactions to deliver a personalized experience.
• Answer standard questions about menus, operating hours, amenities, and pricing.
• Communicate positively with guests during greeting, seating, departure, and other interactions.
• Handle customer return inquiries at the entrance with hospitality and professionalism.
