Position Summary

Provide concierge and guest-service support to W Residences owners and their guests.

Coordinate information, arrangements, access, reservations, transportation, and other residence services.

Resident and Guest Services

  • Respond to requests for visitor information, transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other services.
  • Provide information about the property, surrounding amenities, events, and activities.
  • Welcome owners and guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and follow up on concerns.

Access and Operations

  • Announce visitors and contractors before granting access and maintain the key tracking system.
  • Answer and process calls, messages, questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Bell, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Assist with reservation services, elevator scheduling, bell and valet services, and Lobby Ambassador tasks.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • At least one year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • No supervisory experience, license, or certification is specified.

Work Conditions and Standards

  • The position is full time and not remote, with duties performed at the residence property.
  • Report safety incidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and follow company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, clear communication, service quality, and company asset protection.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
