Develop and optimize machine learning and computer vision models, including support for hyperspectral imagery and multi-modal sensor data
Build algorithms for detection, tracking, and data fusion across complex datasets
Collaborate across small, multidisciplinary teams to translate research into deployable capabilities
Contribute to both algorithm development and software implementation, helping turn innovative approaches into mission-ready systems
Support solutions deployed across cloud and low size, weight, and power (SWaP) environments
Experience in machine learning, computer vision, or related AI/ML fields
Strong foundation in algorithm development and data-driven problem solving
Ability and willingness to write production-quality software in support of ML systems
Interest in working with geospatial, sensor, or hyperspectral data (experience is a plus, but not required)
A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a team where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts
