Role Overview
TIMES COMPUTER is seeking a Computer Technician.
The role covers computer installation, maintenance, repair, and customer technical support.
Technician Requirements
- Previous working experience as a computer technician or in computer assembly is required.
- Knowledge of computers and laptops is required.
- Knowledge of software and hardware is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom gaming PCs to customer specifications and company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to gaming PCs.
- Install, configure, and optimize gaming software and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Recommend upgrades and peripherals to enhance gaming performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory and customer interaction records.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, hardware advancements, and industry developments.
Workplace and Schedule
- The place of work is Abu Dhabi.
- The role is performed in person.
- Regular hours are 10:00am–2:00pm and 5:00pm–9:00pm.
- Ramadan hours are 10:00am–3:00pm and 8:30pm–10:00pm.
