The role is part of Adobe’s Creative Cloud Digital Video Audio group in Noida, India.
The group develops desktop, mobile, and cloud products including Adobe Premiere Rush and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop features for Premiere Pro.
- Develop core color algorithms supporting Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop imaging or video processing algorithms for difficult customer problems.
- Own product development from specifications and prototypes through implementation, release, and maintenance.
- Conceptualize product designs and perform estimation, risk analysis, development, and debugging.
- Optimize space-time performance and improve usability and stability.
- Monitor and debug highly available, high-traffic systems operating continuously with minimal downtime.
- Work with load balancing, failure detection, and failover options.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to write, test, and iterate on code.
- Collaborate with distributed engineers on shared components for mobile video and audio applications.
What You Need To Succeed
- Four to six years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science.
- Proficiency in C++, data structures, and algorithms.
