About the Role
SRN Mechanical Services is seeking a CNC Machinist for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components, interpret blueprints, and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, select appropriate tools and materials, perform machine offsets and adjustments
- Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards through routine inspection
- Perform basic machine maintenance and accurate documentation of production data
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in machine operation and safe use of CNC machinery
- Hands on experience in machining and milling for precision component manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality control practices and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Familiarity with different types of industrial machinery and basic maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Vocational diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent experience in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming, offsets, and tool selection is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast paced, on site production environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Role Description
