Job Summary
Provide field and in-house technical support for printers, computers, and IT hardware.
Support corporate clients across Dubai through installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical service.
Work with the sales and operations teams and receive profit-sharing commission of up to 25% on completed technical jobs.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of printers, computers, and IT hardware.
- Diagnose printer noise, alignment, print defect, toner, and related technical issues.
- Replace, test, and troubleshoot toner cartridges and related components.
- Assist with system assembly, testing, and configuration.
- Provide technical insights to the sales team during client visits.
- Maintain service logs, job sheets, and basic documentation.
- Deliver high-quality service and support customer satisfaction.
- Handle urgent technical calls and field assignments when required.
Requirements
- Experience in printer servicing, toner troubleshooting, or IT hardware repairs is required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are required.
- The technician must be able to work independently in the field.
