Qualifications
- Strong typing skills and accurate data-entry capabilities are required.
- Computer literacy includes office software, Excel, and basic IT tools.
- Administrative assistance includes organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Clear communication is needed for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Customer service skills are needed to handle routine inquiries professionally.
- Relevant office or clerical experience is beneficial.
- Following procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and managing time effectively are preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional office administration or IT training is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates or candidates with up to one year of experience are considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and computer-based clerical operations.
- Organize files and maintain administrative records.
- Prepare documents and provide routine administrative assistance.
- Use office software, Excel, and basic IT tools to complete clerical tasks.
- Interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers regarding routine inquiries.
- Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of records.
