Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computational Biology & Genomics Analyst to work on a contractor basis.
- This role will involve applying domain expertise to help train next generation AI systems.
- The successful candidate will contribute to high impact projects in computational genomics.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects, ensuring they meet scientific and operational standards.
- Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and assess the effectiveness of CRISPR design tools.
- Interpret and synthesize results from large scale genomics data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines, integrating data from various sources and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in sequence alignment tools and CRISPR design software, with experience in evaluating and optimizing their performance.
- Strong background in bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex results and recommendations to technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data integration platforms and quality assurance protocols, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks in genomics.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
