Comprehensive Community Support Associate

StepStone Family Therapy Services provides trauma informed, evidence based therapeutic services to children and adults across the state of Kentucky.

The Community Support Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health or co-occurring diagnoses in building the skills needed to live as independently and successfully as possible within their communities.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, solution focused, and brings a positive, team oriented approach to their work.

Working closely with licensed therapists and other care providers, the CSA delivers trauma informed support while helping individuals develop coping, interpersonal, and daily living skills in real world settings.
