Role Overview
Lead and oversee compounding operations as an experienced Compounding Clinical Pharmacist in Charge.
Ensure patient safety, quality, compliance, and clinical pharmacy standards.
Key Requirements
- Hazardous drug compounding experience is mandatory.
- Cytotoxic drug compounding experience is mandatory.
- Sterile compounding experience, including TPN, is mandatory.
- Strong clinical pharmacy background is required.
- A valid DoH license is required.
- A BSc in Pharmacy is required; Industrial Pharmacy or General Pharmacy is accepted.
- Recognized compounding certifications or qualifications are required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant compounding environment is required.
- Expertise may include sterile, hazardous, cytotoxic, and/or TPN compounding depending on the assigned area.
- Strong understanding of compounding procedures, aseptic techniques, quality control, and regulatory compliance is required.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is a technically strong pharmacist with hands-on compounding experience and clinical knowledge.
The role requires responsibility for safe, compliant, and high-quality compounding operations.
