Role Overview
Manages day-to-day hotel and hospitality operations.
Oversees services including housekeeping, catering, banquets, and rooms.
Supports enhanced guest satisfaction and alignment with hospitality policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of hospitality plans aligned with organizational objectives and business plans.
- Develop hospitality policies and procedures and ensure relevant procedural and legislative requirements are implemented.
- Facilitate professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Prepare the hospitality or hotel budget and ensure activities are processed within the assigned budget.
- Set individual targets and develop and motivate staff to maximize subordinate performance.
- Plan and organize hotel services and distribute work among the team.
- Ensure effective workflow and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Ensure hotel facilities are well maintained and in good condition.
Role Requirements
- Ability to manage hotel operations and guest services across multiple hospitality departments.
- Knowledge of hospitality policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Capability to manage budgets, staff performance, service delivery, and facility condition.
