Composites Technician - Trim and Assembly (Weekends a)

Proven experience in trimming and assembly experience, ideally gained in Formula 1 or another high precision motorsport manufacturing environment.

Confidence trimming composite components to precise dimensions.

A solid understanding of adhesive specifications and their properties.

Knowledge of a range of surface preparation methods for composite bonding.

Proficiency in composite repair techniques.

Strong communication skills and a genuine team ethic, working well with colleagues across composites and beyond.

A quality first mindset, with the discipline to manage your own workload and hit deadlines.
