Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning and contributing to:
- You’ll dive into hands-on work from day one, supported by in-house training to help you build your skills and confidence. Your daily work will include:
- Learning and performing laminating and vacuum-bagging of carbon fiber and other composite materials
- Train in working with autoclaves and ovens to cure advanced thermoset systems
- Get hands on experience in the building and assembly of composite components, substructures, skins, and honeycomb cores
- Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
- Gain knowledge in how to Interpret blueprints, drawings, and ply schedules with guidance as needed
- Grow your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
- Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
