- Perform engineering assessment, repair planning, and technical evaluation of gas turbine components
- Develop and review repair procedures for rotors, combustors, and other critical turbine components
- Analyze component failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of repair activities
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and repair documentation
- Ensure all repairs comply with OEM standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications
- Provide technical support during inspection, assembly, and testing activities
- Prepare technical reports, repair records, and engineering documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair processes, quality, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in component repair engineering
- Strong expertise in repair, inspection, and refurbishment of gas turbine components
- Hands on experience with rotor and combustor components
- Strong technical background in power generation or oil & gas industries
- Ability to perform engineering assessment, repair planning, and technical evaluation
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and repair documentation
- Knowledge of OEM standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Component Repair Engineer to join our team in ICAD 3, Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the repair, inspection, and refurbishment of gas turbine components, with hands on experience in rotor and combustor components.
- The role requires a strong technical background in power generation or oil & gas industries, ensuring repairs are carried out in accordance with OEM standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
