Job Overview
Serve as a compliance risk analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management.
Support strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs designed to prevent violations of laws, rules, and regulations.
Help maintain risk levels within the firm’s risk appetite and support solutions consistent with the Citi compliance framework.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of ICRM compliance programs, policies, practices, and standards.
- Review materials for regulatory and legal compliance and maintain compliance documentation.
- Support regulatory inventory, regulatory change management, and regulatory examination coordination.
- Respond to compliance inquiries with senior staff and collaborate across ICRM and Citi.
- Coordinate policy and training initiatives and maintain related program materials.
- Create reports for control, tracking, and analysis and securely retain documents.
- Assess risk in business decisions and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starting, flexible, innovative, and adaptive approach.
