- Ensure policies and procedures governing activities of PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia) are current and meet local regulatory expectations
- Advise the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring teams in Saudi Arabia in their execution activities
- Facilitate regulatory interactions and regulatory reporting with the Capital Market Authority (CMA)
- Monitor licensing and registration requirements for PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia) personnel
- Track, assess and advise the firm in relation to regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia
- Provide local support for the Finance and Operations functions in the region
- Play a pivotal role connecting the Saudi team with colleagues in London and New York
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a compliance professional
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of the rules and procedures of the CMA
- Familiarity with M&A, capital markets, and fund marketing services
- Fluent in Arabic, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Overview
- PJT Partners is seeking to hire a compliance professional covering business lines operating on behalf of PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia). This is a new, stand alone role reporting into the Head of Compliance for the Middle East (based in Dubai) offering a unique opportunity for a self driven individual
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure policies and procedures governing activities of PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia) are current and meet local regulatory expectations
- Advise the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring teams in Saudi Arabia in their execution activities and provide independent oversight
- Facilitate regulatory interactions and regulatory reporting with the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and other relevant governmental bodies
- Monitor licensing and registration requirements for PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia) personnel
- Track, assess and advise the firm in relation to regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia
- Provide local support for the Finance and Operations functions in the region
- Play a pivotal role connecting the Saudi team with colleagues in London and New York, fostering collaboration and consistency across regional and global operations
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a compliance professional (either at a financial services firm, consultancy or regulator)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of the rules and procedures of the CMA
- Familiarity with M&A, capital markets, and fund marketing services
- Fluent in Arabic, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently, while effectively collaborating with global Legal & Compliance and broader Corporate teams
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated risk and control awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
