A purpose-driven organisation seeks a Compliance Officer to join a small, high-performing GRC team. You will gain broad exposure across regulatory compliance, risk management, internal controls, policy governance, and assurance.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the compliance obligations register and keep remediation on track across the business
- Support risk assessments, compliance reporting and periodic assurance processes
- Assist with control testing, validation and documentation
- Support policy management review cycles, document control and attestations
- Contribute to risk register updates and enterprise risk reporting
- Assist with internal audit, business continuity and probity activities
- Administer complaints, grievance and integrity registers
- Be the day to day compliance resource for business units
Requirements
- 4–6 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance or audit
- Hands on familiarity with compliance registers, controls frameworks or assurance processes
- Technical understanding of compliance and risk principles
- Sharp attention to detail and comfortable owning reporting and documentation
- Clear, confident communicator across all levels of a business
- Exposure to a regulated or government funded environment is a bonus
