Responsibilities
- Administer compliance functions for the Registrar of Companies and other statutory offices
- Work collaboratively with the Investigator and Business Registries teams to uphold market integrity
- Contribute to compliance and enforcement strategies to ensure fair and thriving markets
- Liaise with other agencies and draft clear, concise reports
- Analyse complex problems and develop effective, workable solutions
Requirements
- Knowledge of the statutory functions of the Registrar of Companies and relevant legislation
- Proven experience with registry systems and compliance processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and decision making capabilities, even in time sensitive situations
- Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
