About the Role
We are recruiting a Compliance Officer & MLRO for a leading firm in Abu Dhabi. You will act as Compliance Officer & MLRO for client firms, complete compliance monitoring, ensure AML/Compliance systems, and advise on advisory issues.

- Act as the Compliance Officer & MLRO for client firms
- Complete all required Compliance monitoring and draft reports including recommendations on control enhancements or procedural changes
- Ensure that both AML & Compliance systems are operating properly and all staff properly trained
- Assist in all required reporting to the FRSA
- Advise client firms on advisory issues on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- At least five years experience in Conduct of Business compliance from the buy and/or sell side
- At least two years proper Compliance experience under FRSA COBS (Conduct of Business Rulebook)
- Good understanding of AML requirements
- Must live in or close to the centre of Abu Dhabi
