ERC International Agency is seeking a Compliance Officer/MLRO with strong compliance experience in the banking sector, ideally with a Chinese bank background. The role requires familiarity with UAE/DIFC regulatory requirements and experience with DFSA, AML/CTF, and related processes.

Requirements
- Strong compliance experience within the banking sector, ideally with Chinese bank background
- Familiarity with UAE/DIFC regulatory requirements, especially DFSA, AML/CTF, FIU, CBUAE, DIFC Registrar of Companies
- Prior experience acting as or supporting Compliance Officer / MLRO responsibilities
- Understanding of banking products and operations, especially treasury, trade finance, corporate banking
- Ability to communicate effectively with regulators, senior management and Head Office
- Chinese bank experience is very important
