Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's compliance policies and programs
- Monitor compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal company policies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks
- Conduct compliance reviews, internal assessments, and monitoring activities
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
- Provide compliance guidance and training to employees and management
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and updates for senior leadership
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure business practices remain compliant
- Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to strengthen governance and risk management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, governance, or a related field, including leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, ICA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and detail oriented Compliance Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you'll lead the organization's compliance function, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to identify compliance risks, strengthen governance frameworks, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
