Position Overview
The Compliance Manager will lead and oversee the compliance framework for a full-time role in Riyadh.
The role covers regulatory monitoring, compliance risk mitigation, management guidance, and communication with the CMA and other stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance and Oversight
- Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance framework in alignment with CMA regulations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on activities, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain communication with the CMA and support regulatory engagements, inquiries, and requirements.
- Review fund manager arrangements and monitor fund managers and investment distribution for compliance.
Risk, AML, KYC, and Controls
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate compliance risks.
