A dedicated Compliance Manager is needed to address the growing scope of internal audit, SOX compliance, and internal control requirements.
The role will centralize oversight and strengthen the compliance framework, audit readiness, and controls over financial reporting.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee SOX activities, control monitoring, and audit coordination.
- Ensure timely remediation of findings and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
- Reduce compliance risks and support a robust, consistent compliance framework aligned with internal expectations.
Organization Context
The Compliance Manager will be part of Shared Services, with costs allocated across four operating companies.
The employer partners with customers globally to provide science and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of internal audit, SOX compliance, and internal control requirements.
