Position Overview
The Compliance Manager will lead and oversee the company’s compliance framework.
The role supports adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance controls, regulatory risk management, and communication with the CMA.
CMA Regulatory Compliance
- Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance framework in alignment with applicable CMA regulations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on activities, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain communication with the CMA and support regulatory engagements, inquiries, and requirements.
- Provide compliance advice to management and relevant business functions.
Fund Manager Oversight
- Review and monitor fund manager agreements and arrangements for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor fund manager activities and investment opportunity distribution through the company platform.
