Job Overview
Kompact Play Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Compliance Director** to oversee compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and operational oversight.
The Compliance Director will ensure the organization operates in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
- Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with departments to strengthen compliance processes and controls.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Provide compliance guidance and training to employees and leadership.
- Prepare compliance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Support risk management and policy improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, governance, or risk management leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications related to compliance or risk management are an advantage.
