Assist with business development by creating and maintaining proposal content, scoping documents, and assisting with through leadership at the compliance/analytics intersection.
Maintain active engagement with professional communities (e.g., SCCE, SCCE Data Analytics Working Group) to inform service line development.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Three to five years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, or a related advisory role within healthcare, banking/investment management, or biotech/pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated applied experience in data science, data analytics, or quantitative risk analysis (academic or professional).
Foundational knowledge of compliance program structure, including the DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs framework or equivalent regulatory guidance.
Substantive familiarity with at least two of the following: sanctions screening, anti-bribery/FCPA compliance, data governance, or regulatory risk modeling.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or comparable platforms; comfort working with structured and unstructured datasets.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
