- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable UAE safety regulations and associated requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of AOC holder's operations specifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant parts of AOC holder's operations manual
- Familiarity with management systems, preferably in aviation
- Appropriate management experience, preferably in a comparable organisation
- 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years from aeronautical industry in an appropriate position

Company Profile
- Lunar Blessing Airlines LLC is amid UAE Air Operators Certificate application.
- LBA will conduct commercial air transport operations in the Middle East using a single PA 34 220 T aircraft.
- Once AOC is issued, LBA will expand into other areas of commercial air transport using larger aircraft.
Nature of Work
- The Compliance/SMS Manager is responsible for oversight of LBA's Compliance Monitoring and Safety.
- Accountable to the Accountable Manager for developing, establishing, and managing Compliance Monitoring and Aviation Safety.
Qualification
- Practical experience and expertise in application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable UAE safety regulations, AOC holder's operations specifications, and relevant parts of operations manual.
- Familiarity with management systems, preferably in aviation.
- Appropriate management experience, preferably in a comparable organisation.
- 5 years of relevant work experience, at least 2 years from aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
