Meet the Team The Compliance Department develops, implements and maintains the firm’s global compliance program, including its policies, procedures, systems, controls, surveillance, testing and reporting. The London team works across the organization to help prevent and detect violations of applicable laws, regulations and firm policies in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Maintain the firm’s compliance program and records, including compliance certifications, disclosures, pre-approval requests, personal trading reconciliations, and conflicts and risk assessments Support regulatory reporting, including short-sale, trade, and transaction reporting, and contribute to ongoing monitoring and surveillance activities Review regulatory developments, prepare summary reports, and assist with regulatory reviews and impact assessments Support regulatory examinations and inquiries, internal investigations, and internal and external audits and inspections; prepare related compliance reports and presentations Collaborate with the firm’s trading and back-office departments, maintain training schedules, logs, and materials, facilitate and track portfolio manager research requests, and participate in working groups and other projects What You Bring Bachelor’s degree completed and available to begin full-time work in September 2026 Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
