As we expand our presence in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team in Doha.
Position Overview
The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization operates in full compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can assess compliance risks, strengthen governance frameworks, and support ethical business practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and controls
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to management
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in business processes
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk-related roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication and reporting abilities
