The Role

What You Will Do

• Define program vision, outcomes, success measures, and roadmap aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Lead interconnected projects and manage dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs across scope, schedule, and resources.
• Establish program governance covering cadence, reporting, risk management, and decision escalation.
• Direct and support project managers to promote consistent delivery standards and execution.
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, tracking, and approved commitments.
• Identify and mitigate cross-project risks and issues before they affect outcomes.
• Use data, dashboards, and metrics to track progress, predict outcomes, and inform decisions.
• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to maintain alignment, transparency, and accountability.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies.
• Expertise in program governance, planning, risk management, and delivery controls.
• Ability to manage forecasts, budgets, and program-level financial trade-offs.
• Experience influencing project managers and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans with outcomes and milestones.
• Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to manage performance and predict risks.
• Ability to maintain delivery focus in environments with changing priorities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Program or project management certification such as PgMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models is preferred.
• Familiarity with large-scale IT or transformation programs is preferred.
• Experience managing external partners or vendors is preferred.
• Exposure to customer-facing delivery environments is preferred.
