Complex Case Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced case management and support for young people experiencing early psychosis, including complex and high-risk presentations.
• Deliver recovery-focused psychosocial support that promotes wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes for young people aged 12-25.
• Support leadership teams with service coordination, complex referrals, and team guidance.
• Facilitate individual and group programs for young people, families, and carers, including psychoeducation and wellbeing support.
• Build strong partnerships with health and community services to ensure coordinated, culturally safe, and seamless care pathways.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in allied health, social or community services, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience
• Experience providing psychosocial support in a mental health setting, preferably with young people and families.
• Current Driver Licence
• Current Blue Card
• Current National Police Check
