We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Complaints & Operations Officer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage client complaints efficiently while supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Support daily operations and ensure workflow accuracy.
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements where required.
- Prepare complaint reports and operational performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
- Assist management with coordination and administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in **customer service, complaints handling, or operations support** preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office applications**.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- **Malayalam and Hindi language skills preferred.**
