Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned KYC records and quality-check completed records.
• Check records within defined SLAs and document rejection reasons in the workflow tool.
• Coordinate with makers, relationship teams, coverage teams, Compliance, Quality, and operational leaders.
• Monitor workflow activity, documentation completion, execution risks, and past-due items.
• Conduct calibration sessions and implement feedback to improve process quality.
• Maintain accurate workflow statuses, mandatory fields, commentary, and post-execution quality results.

Knowledge and Experience

• Requires 2–4 years of experience and a basic understanding of banking practices, corporate policies, and compliance requirements.
• Requires English reading and writing ability, good PC skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Candidates should be proactive, cooperative, flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• ACAMS certification is an advantage.
