provides technical and engineering support for civil project activities, ensuring that civil works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, applicable standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

• Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare and review technical submissions, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor the quality and progress of civil works and report any technical issues or delays.
• Assist in resolving technical problems and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
