Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing governance of ASC's competency frameworks and career pathways.
- Establish governance processes and facilitate stakeholder forums and working groups.
- Partner with Learning & Development, National Capability Development and business stakeholders to develop career pathways and development opportunities.
- Develop practical tools, resources, guides and communications that support business adoption.
- Lead project activities including planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Support leaders and employees through capability assessment, development and career conversations.
- Partner across People & Culture to embed competency frameworks into recruitment, onboarding, learning, talent and succession processes.
- Drive change management activities and support the successful adoption of new frameworks, systems and processes.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience designing, implementing or embedding competency, capability or career development frameworks.
Strong understanding of organisational development, talent or people capability practices.
Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
Resilient, adaptable and able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Collaborative, pragmatic and focused on achieving outcomes that meet business needs.
