Compensation Manager, Compensation Analytics & Equity

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or another quantitative discipline.

5–7 years of progressive compensation experience within a global organization.

Strong experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple countries and regions preferred.

Experience with equity administration or employee equity programs preferred.

Advanced compensation modeling experience.

Strong experience working with large data sets.

Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.

Experience working in multinational organizations preferred.

Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Strong analytical modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations.

Exceptional attention to data governance and reporting accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Continuous improvement mindset with passion for automation and simplifying process optimization.

Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver accurate and scalable compensation and equity solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, global environment.
