Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and reward programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs including base pay, variable compensation, bonuses, incentives, commissions, allowances, and executive compensation.
  • Collaborate with human resources, finance, payroll, business leaders, talent acquisition, legal, compliance, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, compensation analysis, pay equity reviews, job evaluations, and competitive intelligence assessments.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, compensation models, job architecture frameworks, and compensation guidelines.
  • Monitor KPIs including compensation competitiveness, salary budget utilization, pay equity metrics, incentive effectiveness, employee retention, compensation cycle completion, and workforce cost trends.
  • Manage annual compensation review cycles including merit increases, bonus calculations, promotion reviews, salary adjustments, and compensation planning processes.
  • Conduct compensation modeling, cost analysis, scenario planning, and financial impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, compensation laws, internal policies, governance requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Develop compensation dashboards, reports, analytics, and executive insights.
  • Utilize HRIS, Compensation Management platforms, Payroll systems, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, market benchmarking tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Prepare compensation reports, salary analyses, executive dashboards, workforce cost forecasts, policy documentation, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as CCP, CEBS, SHRM SCP, CIPD, WorldatWork certifications advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management, total rewards, human resources analytics, payroll, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing compensation programs, salary structures, reward frameworks, or compensation teams preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategy, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, market pricing, pay equity, incentive design, benefits integration, and reward governance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, Compensation Management systems, Payroll systems, ERP platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), Power BI, compensation survey tools, and workforce analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI powered compensation analytics, global mobility compensation, executive rewards, workforce planning, and digital HR transformation initiatives advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, financial, organizational, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex compensation programs while balancing business needs, employee expectations, market competitiveness, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
