Role overview
The Incentive Compensation Delivery team administers variable compensation for professional sales roles across Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
The consultant will lead subject matter expertise for audit and control measures, mitigate risk, verify regulatory conformity, and resolve compensation inquiries and disputes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on compensation programs, operational guidelines, and complex case processing.
- Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation files.
- Investigate inquiries from sales professionals and business partners.
- Conduct quality assurance audits of complex files and reports.
- Raise and track issues affecting compensation accuracy, advisor experience, operational targets, and service-level agreements.
- Apply corrections to previously processed compensation transactions when errors are identified.
- Manage escalations and provide consultative support to business and technical partners.
- Recommend process improvements and share learnings and best practices.
Must-have requirements
- Experience working in a service operations environment.
- Ability to build client relationships while working independently and as part of a team.
