Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and market practices
- Design, review, and maintain salary structures, pay frameworks, and incentive programs
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, allowances, retirement plans, and other rewards initiatives
- Analyze compensation data, trends, and workforce metrics to provide strategic recommendations
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on salary reviews, promotions, and reward decisions
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal compensation policies
- Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior leadership
- Support annual compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Evaluate and improve employee reward programs to enhance engagement and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing compensation programs or HR initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and reward strategies
- Experience with salary benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce and financial data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of HR systems, payroll platforms, and compensation tools is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
